We guarantee 97% annual uptime (excluding maintenance and Force Majeure). Standard changes require 15-day notice; emergencies may be immediate. Scheduled maintenance: 24-hour notice; emergency: immediate (max 4h). Service credits apply based on uptime: 95–97% → 3 days; 90–95% → 7 days; <90% → 14 days.

Fees shared; each party bears own costs; class actions waived. Exceptions: IP disputes, small claims, emergency relief. Claims within six months of incident.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with notice. Material changes: 15-day email notice; emergency changes: immediate. Non-material updates may occur without notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.
User-Initiated: Terminate anytime via [email protected]. Immediate effect; no fees; no refunds.
IQTestPass.com-Initiated: We may terminate for policy breaches, fraud, abusive behavior, payment defaults, or legal requirements. Notice provided when applicable; emergency terminations immediate. Access revoked; data handled per privacy policy. Reactivation within 30 days under current terms.
